Electrical Hardware Engineer

Overview

You will develop and industrialize electrical hardware for humanoid and other robotic systems, including high-speed communication and reliable power electronics. This includes the design and implementation of controllers, servo drivers, and sensor boards that form the core electronic systems of humanoid robots.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and production of main control boards, servo drivers, and sensor boards
• High-speed communication interface design (EtherCAT, CAN, RS485, I2C, BiSS)
• Power distribution, protection circuits, and EMI/EMC mitigation
• Harness, connector, and cabling design for reliability and manufacturability
• Circuit testing, validation, and certification (CE, KC, etc.)
• Component sourcing and supplier communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering
• Professional experience in high-current, high-speed PCB design
• Proficiency in Altium Designer, OrCAD, or KiCad
• Experience in power conversion and protection circuit design
• Hands-on experience with robotics or automation systems

Preferred Qualifications

• BLDC servo and precision motor control hardware experience
• Experience with EMC/EMI certification and compliance (UL/CE/KC/Functional Safety)
• Experience in harness design and production
